“I’ve enjoyed a particularly varied career – but the one thing which has been consistent through the last 20 or so years is food & drink.
I spent 13 years as a full-time marketer – working for some of the UK’s major Food Businesses, before launching my own hospitality businesses, which I ran for 6 years.
The Vittles & Company Craft Beer Bar in Hull Trinity Market came first, and was followed by a Cafe Bar in Grimsby Town Centre. Throughout this time I experienced first hand the thrill and challenge of running my own food businesses – including a stint brewing my own Beer!
Throughout those years I continued to ply my trade as a freelance marketer – focussing on Digital Marketing, with a particular emphasis on Google Ads.
And I still have a huge passion for food and drink. It’s the thing I come back to again and again, whether I’m cooking for the family, visiting farmers markets or seeking out new and exciting producers.
